Terms of Service
Effective date: 9/27/2025. By using Doom Blocker, a service of Robotic Games, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms. You must be 13+; if under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision. Keep your account info accurate and your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Use the Service lawfully and responsibly—don’t bypass filters/security, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), introduce malware, harass or surveil others, discriminate, infringe IP/privacy rights, resell without permission, or misrepresent your affiliation. Filtering is AI-based and not perfect: some unwanted content may appear and some desired content may be blocked; results vary by site, language, and context; you are responsible for configuring and reviewing your filters. For minors, Doom Blocker assists supervision but does not replace it; parents/guardians remain responsible for a child’s use and settings. We and our licensors own the Service, software, models, and branding; all rights reserved. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, and use it to operate, secure, improve, and develop the Service (including model improvement only as permitted by our Privacy Policy or your settings); feedback may be used freely without compensation. Paid plans may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal in your account; prices may change with notice where required; except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy: https://internetfilter.org/privacy ; do not submit protected health information. The Service may interact with third-party sites/services we don’t control; your use of them is at your own risk. Beta/pre-release features may change or break and are provided “as is.” THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY); we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or perfect filtering. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA/GOODWILL; our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access at any time (e.g., for violations, risks, or service changes); provisions that should survive will survive. Delaware law governs; except for small-claims or IP/injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis only (no class actions), in a reasonably convenient location or by video, in English; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by following the instructions in your account settings; if you opt out or arbitration is unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Delaware. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be noticed where required; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Short-form notice: this concise Terms of Service is for website display and is not legal advice—have a licensed attorney review before publishing.
